Special meeting of the Members of the Dufferin Grey ATV Club to review proposed new by-laws. Changes in content were made to ensure the by-laws complied with Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) as well as to align the format with the Ontario Federation of ATV Clubs (OFATV).
DGATV’s Directors will present the proposed new by-laws at a Special Meeting of Members on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 9:30am at the Markdale Library (75 Walker Street).
The meeting will be followed by an ATV trail ride through our autumn countryside.
